practices. He is the Self Engendared One. He arose at the begining of
time and created all w/his sperm (though some will say spit, oh excuse
me, saliva) tem means complete or to finish. So there is hint of a
destructive aspect to him.

He is the one from whom alllllllllllllll other entities came...... the
lord of totality.... everything that exsists is a part of his flesh....


In the book of comming forth by day it says that he will destroy
everythign and return to the form of the primeval serpent.

In new kingdome text he is viewd as some old guy with a ram head (how
can you tell he is old??? blame the book...) who supervises the
punnishment of the the enemies of the sun, and nasty evil people. He
is also depicted as subduing Apep and Nehebu-Kau. He also provides
protection for the deceased fromt he dangers of the Duat.
